APPLICATION :
Application for allotment of the apartment should be made on the NDL application form duel signed by the applicant along with 30% down payment of total apartment value only earnest money with four copy pp size Photograph & National Identity Card photocopy. The better will make the payment as per pay schedule by A/C Cheque in favor of Nagar Developments Ltd.
DELAY PAYMENT :
The allotter undertakes to pay delay charges at the rate of 4% per month on the amount of payment delayed by the due date. If the payment is delayed for 30 days, NDL has the right to cancel the allotment without any notice to the allottee. In such cases, the buyer’s deposited amount will be refunded after the sale of the same Flat to a new buyer with deducted of Tk. 2,00,000/-(Two Lac) only.
DEVELOPERS RIGHT :
NDL reserves the right to make changes in both the Architectural & Structural design of the apartment
building.
INCIDENTAL COST :
Connection charges relating to Gas, Water & Electric connections, and Solar panels are not included
in the apartment price. The buyer will also pay this payment.
DOCUMENTATION COST :
The Buyer will pay stamp duties. registration fee & costs legal and Governments vat & other incidental costs. The possession of the apartment will be handed over to the buyer after completion of the apartment and full payment of all installment & other charges. Until & Unless the dues are neatly paid. possession of the apartments will be held by the NDL.
OWNERS ASSOCIATION :
The buyer must undertake to become a member of the owners association, which will be formed
by the developer with the view of maintaining the general affairs of the complex interest. For
reserve funds, each apartment owner must interest deposit Tk. 30,000/- (Thirty thousand taka)
