GENERAL ENGINEERING FEATURES

The building will be planned and designed by professional architects and structural design engineers. for all service connections and disposals sewerage solid waste etc. ACI/BNBC building codes will be followed. Structural design parameters will be based on the American Concrete Institute (ACI) American standards of testing Materials (ASTM) and BNBC codes building will be comprised of an R.C.C foundation and column made of stone chips wind effect with a modern design concept with earthquake consideration up to 8.0 richter scale.
